You shall not attempt to modify, translate, disassemble, reproduce, decompile, or reverse engineer the software/hardware underlying the Platform or create any derivative product based on the Platform and not all the products and services offered on the Platform are available in all geographic areas and you may not be eligible for all the products or services offered by Supr on the Platform. Supr reserves the right to determine the availability and eligibility for any product or service.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Your Security and Privacy

Supr does not offer refunds, cashbacks, or returns. However, recipients have the flexibility to exchange (swap) gifts if they prefer something else. If they choose a more expensive item, they only need to pay the difference. If they select a lower-priced item, the remaining balance will be credited to their account as Supr Coins, which can be used for future purchases on the website. PLEASE NOTE THAT SUPR COINS CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH.

Experience Vouchers

Experience vouchers are subject to availability, and their type and price may change over time. Redemption depends on current availability and pricing, with any price difference being the user’s responsibility. If an experience is no longer available, the voucher can be used for an alternative experience of equal or lesser value or exchanged as per the "Exchanges" policy.

Once an experience is booked, cancellations or rescheduling must follow the provider's policies. Failure to do so, or failure to appear, will result in no refund, exchange, or further obligation from Supr Labs FZ-LLC, and the experience will be considered fully redeemed. All experiences must be booked in advance as per the provider’s requirements.

For weather-dependent experiences, cancellations must be confirmed with the provider. If an experience is not officially canceled and the user does not show up, it will be deemed fully redeemed, with no refund or exchange eligibility. Supr Labs FZ-LLC is not responsible for losses due to weather-related cancellations.

Providers may cancel experiences due to weather, equipment issues, or venue changes. In such cases, users may rebook or exchange the experience per the Terms and Conditions. Supr Labs FZ-LLC is not liable for any resulting losses.

For third-party gift cards or codes, the issuing merchant is solely responsible for redemption and all associated obligations. Supr Labs FZ-LLC holds no liability for these products, and all purchases are subject to the merchant's Terms & Conditions, including refund policies. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, cheques, or vouchers.

From time to time, the Company and its Affiliates offer Loyalty Programs and Promotional Offers under various names to our customers, members, visitors and users. In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Use, these Loyalty Programs and Promotional Offers may be subject to their own specific and additional terms and conditions displayed on the marketing materials. Indemnity

The Company may terminate your access, or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without notice, for any reason, including conduct that the Company, in its sole discretion, believes is a violation or breach of these Terms of Use, is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, customer, recipient, subscriber, a third-party Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licensor, content or service provider, the Company or its Affiliates.

If any term or other provision of these Terms of Use are deemed by a final court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or incapable of being enforced by any rule of law, or public policy, all other terms, conditions and provisions of this these Terms of Use shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. Upon such determination that any term or other provision is invalid, illegal or incapable of being enforced, the court shall modify only the affected term, condition or provision to effect the original intent of the parties as closely as possible so that the contemplated transactions are fulfilled and the Company and its Affiliates are protected to the greatest extent possible.

The Service is controlled by the Company from its offices in Dubai and governed by the laws of UAE. The Company makes no representation that this Service or the Content is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where Content is illegal is prohibited. Those persons and entities that choose to access this Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

You agree that any and all claims, disputes, controversies, actions or proceedings relating to, or arising out of, the creation, production, manufacture, distribution, promotion, marketing, advertising (including oral and written statements), use of or sale of any and all products and services of the Company and its Affiliates, through all merchandising channels, including but not limited to, the internet, this Service, telephone, catalog, radio, television, mobile device and participating retail stores or the Content (collectively referred to as "Claims"), shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the UAE without regard to its conflict of laws principles and that any and all Claims shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by arbitration or by a state small claims court of competent jurisdiction over the Claim and the parties.
You agree that: (i) the arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator pursuant to the applicable Rules and Procedures established by the ARBITRATOR; (ii) the arbitration shall be held virtually or at a location as determined by the ARBITRATOR pursuant to the Rules and Procedures of the ARBITRATOR; (iii) the Arbitrator shall have the authority to award actual direct damages only with no authority to issue any fines and penalties nor award punitive damages or equitable relief; (iv) EXCEPT AS SET FORTH BELOW IN SUBPART; (v) your claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and that you shall not have the right to participate in a representative capacity, or as a member of any class of claimants pertaining to any Claim subject to arbitration, and that the arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate or join the Claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated and may only resolve Claims, and render awards between you and the Company and its Affiliates alone; and (vi) you may elect to bring your Claim in a state small claims court of competent jurisdiction over the Claim and the parties. With the exception subpart (v) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the Rules and Procedures of the ARBITRATOR, then same shall be stricken and the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and construed accordingly.

Supr is not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized or fraudulent use of credit or debit cards. We rely on payment processors and banks to verify and authorize transactions. If a transaction is flagged as fraudulent, it is the responsibility of the cardholder and issuing bank to resolve the issue.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THEIR PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE, AND SUPR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES CAUSED BY STOLEN OR COMPROMISED PAYMENT METHODS. SUPR ACTIVELY COOPERATES WITH PAYMENT PROCESSORS, BANKS, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT TO INVESTIGATE AND PREVENT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, AND ANY MISUSE OF THE PLATFORM MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION. IF A CHARGEBACK IS INITIATED WITHOUT VALID GROUNDS, SUPR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISPUTE IT WITH SUPPORTING EVIDENCE, AND FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS MAY LEAD TO ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES. ADDITIONALLY, SUPR MAY CANCEL, SUSPEND, OR INVESTIGATE ANY TRANSACTION SUSPECTED OF FRAUD OR UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY, WHICH COULD INCLUDE REQUESTING ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION FROM THE CARDHOLDER.

Our Gift Products including but not limited to any and all Foods, beverages, Flowers, and Cosmetics and any other product available on the Platforms may contain pollen or other allergens other than those identified in the product description on the specific product pages. We urge the Users with known allergies to exercise caution when ordering our products. Individuals with serious allergies should refrain from ordering products which may be hazardous to their health. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are aware that our Products may cause an allergic reaction and that under no circumstance shall we be considered liable for any allergic reaction which you or any third-party might incur following the placing of an Order of one or more of our Products.

You shall not access or use the Platforms for any other purpose other than that for which Supr makes it available. The Platforms are for the personal use of users only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Supr. In case of any prohibited activities committed by the user, Supr has the right to suspend, block or terminate the user's account and prevent his access to log in to the service. Prohibited activities include but not limited to criminal or tortuous activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets; advertising to, or solicitation of, any user to buy or sell any products or services, unless authorized by Supr; systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Platforms to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without written permission from Supr; many unauthorized use of the Supr services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email; engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Platforms; transmitting chain letters or junk email to other users; using any information obtained from the Platforms in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent; engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends or send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools; interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Platforms or the networks or services connected to the Platforms; attempting to impersonate another user or person; using the username of another user; selling or otherwise transferring your profile; using any information obtained from the Platforms in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person; using the Supr service as part of any effort to compete with Supr or to provide services as a service office; deciphering, decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Platforms; attempting to bypass any measures of the Platforms designed to prevent or restrict access to the Platforms, or any portion of the Platforms; harassing, annoying, intimidating or threatening Supr, its employees, agents and/or stakeholders.
Displaying an advertisement, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity on or through the Platforms on behalf of that person, such as posting blogs or bulletins with a commercial purpose; deleting the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any contribution or Supr content; and using the Platforms in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations or any other suspected malicious activities on the Supr Platforms.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding your relationship with the Company and supersedes any prior statements or representations. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE by accessing any areas of the Service, or using the telephone, catalog, radio, television, mobile device and participating retail stores. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. If we make any change to the Terms of Use, we will post those changes on this, or any other appropriate page, and they will become effective upon the later of 1) the date specified by the Company, if any, or 2) the posting. By accessing the Service after changes are made to the Terms of Use and posted on the Service, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the amended terms.
